School Session for Writing/Illustrating/Publishing
Purpose: Teach students the process of writing, illustrating and publishing a children's book
Rarely do students have an opportunity to experience a session where they can see the whole process of how a children's picture book evolves. By showing this total picture, the students can more easily identify with how they could pursue their literary or artistic goals.
Program: Presentation
This includes the thought process of creating an idea, how to manage the writing process, how to create illustrations, the importance of editing, as well as how to publish a book. The students will be walked through a 55-minute motivational presentation on how a book is created, from thought process to the finished product.

Cost: $100 per presentation (maximum of 5 per day), plus 48 ¢ per mile
